Contact
Contact ELVO — let's build something people remember.
The fastest way to reach ELVO is email at elvodesk@gmail.com. You can also message @elvodesk.site on Instagram for quick questions and recent work. If you would rather see a direction first, start with the free preview tool and bring the design you like into the conversation.
How do I contact ELVO?
Email elvodesk@gmail.com with a short brief — that is the main channel for project enquiries, quotes and files. Instagram (@elvodesk.site) works for quick questions and for seeing what the studio is building. For design direction, the free preview at elvodesk.site/pick-a-design is the fastest first step.
ELVO works online, so location is rarely a barrier and there is no office visit required. Email is best when you have details to share; Instagram is best when you just want to say hello or check whether your idea fits. Either way, the 18 designs are a useful shared vocabulary for the first conversation.
How do I start a project with ELVO?
Starting is a three-step path: preview a design for free, send your details through the Tally form, and own the finished website. The preview settles the look, the form collects everything the build needs, and the site is yours once it ships — no lock-in and no agency retainer to keep it online.
- Preview a design. Open elvodesk.site/pick-a-design, choose one of the 18 designs and enter your business details to see it live.
- Send the Tally form. When the direction feels right, the preview flow links to a short Tally form that collects your business details, goals and brand assets in one place.
- Own the website. ELVO designs and builds the site around your content, launches it and hands it over. The finished website belongs to you.
Every enquiry gets a reply with clarifying questions — no automated confirmation, and no obligation to continue. If you would rather write first, email elvodesk@gmail.com and mention the design you previewed.
What should I include in a project brief?
A useful brief is short and concrete: who you are, what the site must achieve, and when it needs to be live. Name any designs from the catalogue you liked, and link to existing brand assets if you have them. If you do not know every answer yet, send what you have — the reply will ask the rest.
- Your business. What you sell, to whom, and the one thing a visitor should remember.
- The goal. Launch, leads, bookings, hiring or a portfolio — the site's main job.
- Your favourites. Design names that caught your eye, such as Aurora, Pulse, Arena or Vanta.
- Your timeline. A launch date or event, if one exists.
- Your assets. Logo, photography, copy and product details — whatever is ready.
- Your current site. A link if you have one, plus what works and what does not.
There is no wrong length. A three-line email with a business name and a goal is enough to start; the FAQ covers the questions that usually follow.
What happens after I get in touch?
Every enquiry gets read and answered. ELVO replies with clarifying questions and, when the direction is clear, a scope and price. Most projects then start with the free preview so the design direction is settled before production. From there the work moves through design, build and launch with your feedback in the loop.
- Reply. ELVO answers your email, usually with a few targeted questions.
- Direction. You preview designs for free, or discuss a custom route if nothing fits.
- Scope. You receive a clear scope and price for the agreed project.
- Build and launch. The site is designed, built, checked and shipped — see the services page for the detail.

Can I hire ELVO for a small project?
Yes. ELVO takes on single landing pages as well as multi-page sites — the free preview makes smaller builds practical, because the design direction is settled in minutes instead of a long discovery phase. If your project is a one-page launch or a focused campaign, say so in the email and the scope will fit.
The same applies in reverse: portfolio sites, product pages and full studio websites are all in scope. The catalogue covers most needs, and bespoke work is available when it does not. For background on how the studio approaches a build, see the about page.
Tell ELVO what you are building.
Send a short brief by email, or answer the biggest question for yourself first — how one of the 18 designs looks with your business in it.
